As the Facilities Manager you will report to the Head of Engineering and Facilities and will plan, manage, and deliver the required service to ensure all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) assets and infrastructure across the group''s portfolio are compliant, safe, and operational. Your responsibilities include delivery of all FM related services, including decorating, and all hard FM periodic servicing contracts which are the responsibility of the Property Team, including EICR testing and remedial works across the DMT portfolio. This unique position, based in Mackintosh House on Shaftesbury Avenue, involves collaboration with teams across all the theatres in the West End. Situated in the heart of theatre land, your new office will offer a vibrant environment.
