Key responsibilities of this BA role will include: Eliciting, analysing, validating and documenting business requirements for various IT products Build a deep understanding of the business, its products, processes and SOPs Identifying and documenting project objectives and benefits Translating business needs into clear, prioritised requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria).
