The home provides exceptional residential and dementia care, maintaining an excellent reputation for quality and compassion within the local community.As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day operation of the home. You will take shared responsibility for ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and compliance are maintained.
