Manage a personal caseload from start to finishLiaise with clients, counsel, defendants, and other partiesReview and scrutinise documentation and evidencePrepare complex schedules of loss and conduct detailed quantification of claims (past and future losses)Obtain and interpret medical, accountancy, and expert evidenceProgress cases efficiently while managing client expectationsDraft letters of claim, witness statements, and other legal documentationLitigate cases where requiredSupport and develop junior team membersContribute to business development and enhance the team’s profileFollow internal procedures, client protocols, and professional standardsRequirements

Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Litigation ExecutiveExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesLitigation experience is desirable but not essentialWhy You’ll Love This Role
