We are looking for a confident, patient and nurturing individual with proven experience managing challenging behaviour and supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN). You will provide tailored support to pupils with complex sensory and behavioural needs, using positive behaviour management and de-escalation strategies to create a safe, structured and supportive learning environment. Key Responsibilities As a Sensory Resource Base Teaching Assistant, your daily duties will include: Providing 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with ALN, sensory needs and challenging behaviour. Implementing positive behaviour management strategies, including de-escalation techniques and emotional regulation support. Supporting pupils with complex needs, adapting communication methods and learning activities to individual abilities. Creating a calm, safe and structured environment that promotes positive behaviour, engagement and independence.
