With a loyal guest following and a clear growth trajectory, the business is now looking to appoint a Senior Sushi Chef to lead its sushi section and contribute meaningfully to the wider kitchen leadership team.

The Role:This is a hands-on position suited to a chef who takes pride in precision, discipline, and creativity. Youll lead the sushi section, maintain the highest standards of hygiene and presentation, and support the continued training and development of the team. Working closely with the Head Chef and ownership, youll also have the opportunity to influence product selection, seasonal specials, and supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:Lead daily preparation and service of sushi with consistency and precision

Train, mentor, and manage junior sushi chefs and kitchen staff

Work closely with senior management to ensure a smooth and collaborative kitchen culture

Oversee stock control and minimise waste in line with business expectations

Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health standards

Support menu development, ensuring alignment with brand identity and guest expectations
