Senior Sales Property Negotiator

to join our busy team in Shenfield. £40,000 to £45,000 per annum, OTE.

Working closely with prospective buyers and vendors to develop engaging client relationships.Undertaking valuations and securing new instructionsHandling viewing appointments and supporting the offer process.Sales progressionWork closely with inhouse Mortgage and Protection Advisors to support cross selling activity. Similarly with the internal lettings teams also.Essential Requirements

Previous experience in Estate Agency with a proven track record of valuations and winning instructions.Full UK Driving LicenseSelf-motivated and target drivenPrevious experience in a fast-paced customer focused environment is essentialPersonal integrity; hardworking, personable, professional, and commercially mindedGood computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quicklyExcellent communication skills.
