Be a part of it.Cygnet Group is looking for a confident and compassionate Senior Support Worker (Days) with a passion for delivering outstanding care to join our dedicated team at Nightingale.Working as part of a highly skilled team, you will play a key role in supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities, helping them to lead fulfilling lives while promoting independence, well-being, and community integration.You will lead by example, providing high-quality person-centred care and supporting colleagues to deliver the best possible outcomes for those in our care.Hours: Full-time, 42 hours per week Shift Pattern: Across a 7-day rota, including two weekends per monthShift Times: Shifts may start from 7:00 am, with some finishing at 10:00 pmNightingale is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities, who may present with behaviours that challenge.
