Warehouse Operative

All Square Recruitment are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy distribution team in Basildon, Essex.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently. This is a temporary role to manage a busy period.

Warehouse Operative - Responsibilities

• Assisting with Unloading deliveries
• Ensure correct quantities and product codes are selected.
• Pack items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage.
• Work in a team to collectively achieve targets
• Report to the Warehouse Supervisor with any product defects

Experience required for the role

• Previous experience in a warehouse picking and packing role
• Strong attention to detail & accuracy
• Good communication & teamwork skills
• Reliable, with excellent timekeeping & a positive attitude.

Warehouse Operative - Shift Details

• Monday to Friday
• 07:15 - 16:00
• Job Type: Temporary, 8 - 12 weeks
• £13.38 per hour
