You will be responsible for servicing, repairs, installations, commissioning, and providing comprehensive service support for packaging equipment across the UK. Description of the role: Commissioning and installing new machines.Ensuring the equipment runs in the production environment.Problem solving and investigating root cause.Training customers with routine maintenance.Resolving issues relating to electrics, mechanics or software.Providing telephone diagnosis and support.Liaising between internal teams and customers.
