Senior Compliance Controller circa £45,000 dep on experience plus excellent benefits Caerphilly Area Global Manufacturer Senior Compliance Controller ensures the company meets all statutory, regulatory, and internal compliance obligations relevant to UK manufacturing operations. This is a newly created positionand you must have considerable experience, 3-5 years working in UK Manufacturing Industry with extensive experience of import, and HMRC material/component codings. Knowledge of similar export internal compliance obligations would be desirable. The role is very much a hands-on role, overseeing day-to-day compliance activities, maintains key documentation, supports audits (internal, regulatory and customer) and supervises team members to ensure high standards of accuracy and delivery. This is an office-based Monday to Thursday role.
