An IT Solutions provider are looking for an IT Trainier to join a Housing Company for an initial 6 month contract onsite in Warrington.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver ICT training through classroom sessions, webinars and floor-walking support.Create engaging learning materials including guides, presentations, videos and E-learning.Work with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop effective learning solutions.Maintain training documentation, LMS content and self-service knowledge resources.Support system implementations, upgrades and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Continuously improve training content through learner feedback and business engagement.Travel to business sites to deliver training where required.Skills andamp; ExperienceExperience delivering IT systems training.Strong presentation and communication skills.Experience creating training documentation and E-learning content.Ability to quickly learn new business systems and explain technical concepts clearly.Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office; LMS experience is desirableCIPD or Learning andamp; Development qualification.Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience. ..... full job details .....
