The right person will be results driven, a genuine all-rounder, and have a strong interest in taking the next step in their career in B2B events marketing.Responsibilities include:

Working closely with the marketing director to develop and implement a targeted marketing plan that accelerates the growth of both delegate numbers and sponsorship of our events business.Effectively executing a well planned 12-month marketing campaign schedule for each event, reporting on success measures at regular intervals.Develop and implement a clear plan around data usage to ensure accurate targeting andgood practice.Work with the marketing director to identify areas where we can improve our data, systemsand processes and help to drive results.Work closely with the delegate and sponsorship sales teams to align marketing and salesgrowth plans.Writing, editing and proofreading content for emails, websites, advertisements, brochuresand other material.Ownership and responsibility for delivering KPIs and reporting to the wider business.Working with logistics to maintain up to date event information on our websites.Implementing and analysing PPC and organic social campaigns, in particular LinkedIn andGoogle AdsResponsible for sourcing, managing and implementing media partner contracts.Working with external suppliers.Executing email campaigns, ensuring emails are going to the correct data.Setting up event websites using Evessio event platform.Filling in pre and post event reports with analytical information.Skills, attributes and experience:B2B events marketing experienceAnalytical and data drivenExcellent attention to detail and copywriting skillsExceptional communication skills and ability to interact with senior figuresGood grasp of tools and technology platforms, ideally HubSpot, Google Analytics, CMSsystems
