Key Responsibilities: Perform routine scheduled PPMs (Planned Preventive Maintenance) and respond promptly to equipment faults and breakdowns, ensuring all tasks are documented. Assist with the installation and commissioning of new machinery, gaining in-depth knowledge to train other team members effectively. Diagnose breakdowns and apply Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to resolve issues effectively. Fit new parts as needed and ensure all equipment is functioning correctly post-maintenance. Handle emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs, as well as support new installations. Requirements: Level 3 qualification (City and Guilds or NVQ-based) or higher in Mechanical Maintenance.
