The client is mobilising a Records Management System (RMS) Replacement Programme. This is anticipated to be one of the largest and most complex change programmes the client has undertaken for many years. As the IAM specialist, you will play a key role in designing, configuring, and assuring identity lifecycle management and access controls across for Niche RMS, and connected system''s IAM requirements such as National Identity and Access Management (NIAM), SailPoint, Active Directory (AD). The role is critical to ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient access to systems in line with operational and regulatory requirements. Skills and experience required:Proven experience delivering Identity and Access Management solutionsHands-on experience with SailPointExperience with Microsoft EntraID, Active Directory and directory integrationsStrong understanding of authentication, authorisation, accounting, and identity governanceUnderstanding of policing roles, vetting, and access control requirementsExperience integrating IAM solutions with enterprise and policing systems (Highly Desirable) Due to the sensitive nature and time-frame of the role, the successful candidate
