This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role ideal for someone with a strong background in public sector procurement and a solid understanding of the construction industry.Client DetailsThe client is a progressive public sector organisation with a strong focus on housing and infrastructure investment. The working environment is collaborative and fast-paced, with a clear emphasis on operational delivery and tangible outcomes.Description Key responsibilities include: Lead end-to-end procurement processes for construction projectsCollaborate with property and procurement teams to develop tender documentation and manage approvalsShape contract strategies and routes to market in partnership with senior stakeholdersDrive procurement projects from planning through to contract award ProfileA successful Interim Procurement Manager should have:Proven experience in public sector procurement, ideally within local governmentStrong knowledge of construction procurement and frameworksOperational, hands-on approach to procurement deliveryAbility to work on-site in Harlow 4 days per weekImmediate availability preferredJob OfferA day rate of 500.
