Since our Durham services operate 24 hours a day, you must be prepared to cover a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays. The ideal candidate will have the maturity to work within a positive behaviour support framework, take on responsibility, and develop confidence as a skilled practitioner.
