Our client is seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance team on a part-time basis. With flexible working hours and a collaborative environment, this role offers the perfect balance between professional growth and personal flexibility.Key Responsibilities:As a member of the finance team, you''ll be responsible for: Logging, maintaining, reconciling, and filing invoicesMatching and coding invoices accuratelyProcessing payments and obtaining authorisationsReconciling supplier statements and resolving queriesLiaising professionally with suppliersMaintaining accurate supplier records and setting up new accountsAssisting with monthly reports and queries for company accountantsSupporting cash management and bank reconciliationGenerating company reports as required What They''re Looking For: Organised, efficient, and reliableAccurate with strong attention to detailExperienced in purchase ledger or accounts payableExperience in Sage 50 is essentialKnowledgeable in basic bookkeeping and allocation between Capital and Revenue items Flexible Working That Works for YouOur client values work-life balance and offers flexible working arrangements.
