A leading UK manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced Head of Digital to lead and develop its digital capability across a multi-site operation. Reporting to the Director of Business Excellence, this strategic leadership role will be responsible for ERP, IT, Digital Solutions, Data and Analytics, Automation and AI, with a particular focus on maximising the value of ERP systems to drive operational efficiency, continuous improvement and business performance. This is a highly visible role, requiring regular engagement with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges, identify opportunities and deliver technology solutions that support long-term growth.
