Location: Bracknell, Windsor, Slough, Ascot and surrounding areas

Salary: Up to £34,598.26 per annum, depending on experience, plus company van

Hours: 40 hours per week

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Decorator to join a growing Healthy Homes team covering the South East. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship while providing excellent customer service within occupied residential properties.

You''ll play a key role in improving customers'' homes by carrying out mould treatments, ventilation surveys and high-quality redecoration works, helping to create safer, healthier living environments.

• Carry out mould treatments and associated redecoration works.

• Complete ventilation surveys within residential properties.

• Deliver a high-quality, right-first-time service in customers'' homes.

• Keep customers informed throughout the works, providing excellent customer service at every stage.

• Manage materials efficiently and complete work safely, on time and to a high standard.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain and improve residential properties.

• Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards and company procedures.

We''re looking for someone who is reliable, customer-focused and takes genuine pride in the quality of their work. You''ll be confident working independently within occupied homes and able to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

To be successful you''ll need:

• Previous decorating experience within domestic or residential properties.

• Experience carrying out high-quality decorating and finishing works.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• A proactive approach with strong attention to detail.

• The ability to manage your workload effectively and work safely at all times.

• Full UK driving licence (essential).

• Willingness to participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota.

• Salary up to £34,598.26 depending on experience.
