Due to growth, they re looking for an experienced Machine Minder to join their finishing team. The role You ll be responsible for running gluing machinery to ensure accurate, consistent, high-quality output across a variety of packaging products. This is a hands-on role where you ll be trusted to: Set up, adjust and run gluing / finishing machinery safely and efficiently Carry out regular quality checks to maintain customer standards Monitor production, troubleshoot minor issues and keep machines performing at their best Complete relevant production records and follow established processes Keep work areas organised, safe and compliant Support a smooth workflow alongside the wider production team Carry out basic maintenance and highlight any technical issues promptly About you We re looking for someone who brings: Experience
