The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and education for children, while also managing a team of staff members. This role requires a strong commitment to child welfare and the ability to foster a nurturing environment that promotes learning and growth. Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the children''s care facility, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Lead quality assurance and continuous improvement processes, including Regulation 45 reports, audits, improvement plans, and responses to Regulation 44 audits and local authority assurance visits. Monitor incidents, complaints, performance indicators, and outcomes for children. Develop and implement engaging programmes that support children''s physical, emotional, and educational development. Manage staff induction, supervision, appraisal, performance, and development in line with safer recruitment practices and company policy.
