Recruitment Consultant

We are a business offering recruitment and consultancy services to the construction, defence, governmental and property sectors. Focused on long term relationships, we currently partner with some of the largest organisations and governmental bodies in the country.

We are looking for experienced Consultants to join existing teams in our Property and Construction sectors. This is a great opportunity for Consultants to join our business as we enter an exciting growth phase. This position will include but not be limited to:

• Securing new clients using intelligent BD strategies
• Developing specific passive and active candidate networks
• Conducting detailed candidate interviews
• Developing job specifications with clients
• Negotiating salary / Rate details
• Ensuring smooth onboarding of new starters
• Conducting aftercare with candidates and clients
