AI Engineer South Wales - Hybrid (3 days onsite per week) Up to £50,000 + Annual Bonus CPS Group are supporting a leading financial services organisation in South Wales as they expand their AI andamp; Automation capability. They''re looking to hire an AI Engineer to design and deliver intelligent automation solutions that drive real operational and commercial impact. This is a hands-on role where you''ll work with modern AI tooling across Microsoft''s ecosystem, building production-ready solutions that improve processes, enhance decision-making, and unlock business efficiency. The Role:* Developing AI-powered solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, AI Builder) * Designing intelligent automation workflows for enterprise-scale use * Working with APIs and Azure AI services where required * Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities * Taking solutions from concept through to live deployment Skills/Experience:* Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (essential) * Practical experience delivering AI or automation solutions * Understanding of applied AI, LLMs, or intelligent process automation * Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions * Nice to have: Azure AI, Python, Dataverse, regulated industry experience Benefits:* 25 days annual leave (with buy/sell options) * Annual performance bonus * Pension - 5% employee andamp; employer contributions * Private medical healthcare * Life insur
