The role: As a Business Support Administrator, you will help drive our goals by: • Managing purchase requests and purchase orders, supporting the timely procurement of goods and services. • Maintaining accurate time, attendance, overtime, holiday and absence records. • Coordinating training activities, occupational health appointments and travel arrangements. • Supporting invoice tracking, supplier payments and expense administration. • Preparing documentation, communications and meeting arrangements. • Assisting with office administration, visitor coordination and KPI reporting.
