Their focus is on empowering people, strengthening leadership capability, and driving meaningful organisational change aligned to their long-term vision.Role PurposeLead and support day-to-day health and safety and occupational health across multiple sites, for all staff levels.Improve safety performance by putting solid HandS management systems in place that meet legal requirements and recognised standards.Drive a positive, consistent safety culture across all locations.Role ResponsibilitiesAdvise the Head of Estates/HandS on legal compliance, best practice, and what needs fixing or improving.Roll out and keep on top of HandS policies, procedures and standards so they''re applied consistently everywhere.Manage risk: make sure risk assessments, incident reporting, and investigations are robust, reviewed regularly, and actually followed.Plan and deliver audits, track actions, and work with teams to close gaps and improve standards.Run or support HandS training (including inductions and Duty Manager training) so people know what "good" looks like.Handle statutory reporting and docume
