We are actively recruiting for a payroll professional job opportunity with an established accountancy firm based in Louth. The salary is negotiable and will of course depend on experience and qualification level, so is open within reason.You can work 2 days a week from home following a successful probation period.Responsibilities: The main responsibilities of the position are, but will not be limited to (please bear in mind full training can be provided in any areas you are not familiar with):Prepare, process, and manage the payrolls for a portfolio of clients, ranging from sole traders to more complex payrollsOrganise and plan own workloadSet up new starters and process leaversInput and calculate payroll dataProcess all statutory payments when requiredSubmit real time information to HMRCCalculate and process pension figuresEnsure clients are compliant with Auto Enrolment legislationMake required declarations to the Pensions RegulatorUpload pension information to varies pension dashboardsYear-end returns and P60 formsProcess new client applications to register for PAYEDeal with correspondence from HMRC on payroll related mattersCommunicate with clients on the phone and in personRespond to ad hoc payroll queries which may be raised from both payroll and non-payroll clients Benefits: Competitive salary with regular pay increases.20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing with service).A dedicated mentor to oversee your training and provide support.Hybrid working after
