A growing Lloyd''s insurer is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to support the Group COO in driving operational excellence, scalable outsourced solutions, and high-quality data across the business.This role leads outsourced operational delivery across bordereaux, policy administration data, and data quality, ensuring trusted, well-governed data that powers underwriting, finance, and regulatory reporting.
