Finance Manager
Sheridan Maine is delighted to be working with a long-standing business based in North Hampshire who are seeking a Finance Manager to join their head office team.The role will be responsible for working with internal stakeholders to provide meaningful financial reporting and identifying financial risks. Key duties of the role will include: Perform month end balance sheet reconciliations and relevant journalsProduce monthly management accountsProvide variance analysis and commentary to present to stakeholdersLead the yearly budgeting and forecasting processLiaising with internal departments to identify areas of improvement and cost savingsBe the main point of contact for audit and statutory reporting requirementsProvide cover and assistance to the wider accounting team This fantastic opportunity will suit an individual with the following skills and experience: Experience of producing management accountsQualified or finalist ACCA / CIMA or ACAThe ability to interpret and analyse dataA positive approach and good team playerExcellent communication skillsStrong IT skillsExperience working in a hands on SME environment As well as a competitive salary the role offers a range of benefits which include study support (if required), parking, share scheme and pension.
