HR Administrator

Kennedys is looking for a HR Administrator to join our HR team based in London/Manchester, on a 12 month fixed term contract. The successfulHR Administrator will provide administrative support to the Business Partnering team as well as supporting the Chief People Officer and Head of HR.This is a varied and exciting role at a dynamic, global law firm and would suit an ambitious individual looking to take the next step in their HR career, working within a supportive and inclusive environment.TeamKennedys HR team support the firm around the world with all people related matters.The HR team is based in Chelmsford, Manchester and London for the UK, Dublin and Belfast for EMEA, Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia for APAC, Basking Ridge for US and Miami for LATAM.The areas of HR that we have responsibility for are Business Partnering, Learning and Development, Recruitment, Responsible Business (Social Impact and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) Policies and Operations, Reward and HR Systems.You will be working in a fast-paced, demanding, and global environment as we strive to make a difference for our people, clientsand communities where we work.Key responsibilitiesOwnership of the centralised HR Admin inbox, answering and triaging queries from around the businessProvide general administrative support to the HR Business Partnering team, Head of HR and CPOProduce documentation in relation to leavers, maternity, secondments, flexible working, changes to terms and conditions of employment and other HR related documentation from time to timeCreating documentation packs and presentations for the CPO and Head of HRManaging the HR credit card statements and processing receipts, working with finance.Required experienceHR experience in a professional services environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to work under high pressureExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGood level of IT literacy and numeracy skillsAbility to work as speed and balance a wide range of activities at any one time and at short notice.Please let us know if you require any additional support or adjustments to be made in order to submit your application to Kennedys.*where a level of experience is indicated, this is a guideline only and represents the amount of time we would usually expect a candidate to accumulate the requisite level of experience.
