Senior Commercial Manager - Facilities Management (FM) Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting a client within Central Government who is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager for an initial 12-month assignment, with the possibility of extension.Location: London | Hybrid WorkingThe ideal candidate will possess active SC clearance and have a strong background in Commercial Management, along with the following skills and experiences:Experience in end-to-end Facilities Management (FM) procurement''s within the public sector.Experience in delivering complex overseas Facilities Management (FM) procurement''s and conducting contract negotiations.Experience in leading FM contract re-procurement, including the mobilisation and transition processes.Proven experience managing end-to-end commercial and procurement processes, from strategy development to contract award, specifically within the Defence or Central Government sectors.Familiarity with E-procurement tools such as Jaggaer.Professional certifications in CIPS, IACCM, or comparable qualifications in FM, Commercial, Contract Management, or procurement.Knowledge of the Procurement Act 2023 and related regulations.To apply, please submit your latest CV for review.
