• Hours: 07:00 - 16:00 (Monday to Friday)
• Pay Rate: -25.00

Essential Requirements

• Minimum Advanced Scaffolder & SSSTS & First Aid
• Safety Critical Medical (Advantageous) if not will need to complete one
• Must be able to understand and build technical scaffold-
• Needs to have full PPE and tethered tools-

Duties

• Supervise and work alongside the scaffolding team on site.
• Coordinate day-to-day scaffolding activities and allocate work across the team.
• Erect, modify and dismantle scaffolding safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all scaffolding work is completed in line with site procedures, RAMS and relevant safety requirements.
• Carry out pre-start briefings and toolbox talks where required.
• Ensure scaffolders are working safely and using the correct PPE and equipment.
• Monitor the quality and progress of work and address any issues as they arise.
• Liaise with site management and other trades to coordinate scaffolding requirements.
• Ensure work areas are kept safe, tidy and organised.
• Report any safety concerns, defects, delays or resource requirements to site management.
• Support the team to meet programme requirements while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
• Lead by example as a hands-on supervisor, actively undertaking scaffolding duties when required.
