This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a Construction Director within a growing construction business, supporting major projects across the UK and Europe.Previous Executive Assistant experience is not essential. This position could suit an ambitious Administrator, Personal Assistant, Project Coordinator or similar professional looking to step into their first dedicated Executive Assistant role. Working Monday to Friday, you''ll become the Construction Director''s trusted right-hand person, managing their diary, coordinating meetings and arranging travel. You''ll also accompany them to construction sites and business meetings throughout the UK and Europe, including Germany, the Netherlands, Spain and wider Europe.No two weeks will look the same. One week could involve travelling between UK construction sites, while the next could include flights, hotels, client meetings and project visits across Europe.
