About the role Mercedes-Benz Of Bedford currently has a great opportunity available for a SMART Repair Technician to join our talented team. As a Mercedes-Benz SMART Repair Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out S.M.A.R.T repairs on vehicles. You must have the ability to competently carry out repairs to a high level of quality in set timescales. We are predominantly looking for a wheel technician where training will be provided. Duties will include: refurbishing painted alloy wheels, refurbishing and renovating wheels, trained up to use a wheel lathe to support diamond cutting, attending to and repairing scratches, scuffs and dents, windscreen abrasions/chip repair, general interior refurbishment and other similar duties. Mercedes-Benz SMART Repair Technicians work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service. About You Previous experience as a SMART Repair Technician would be ideal. Experience in a similar Bodyshop environment would be good as we are looking for an individual who has the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate to deliver the highest possible standard of repair with strong attention to detail.
