HTB is looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Maintenance Manager to lead the delivery of maintenance services and capital projects across our diverse portfolio of Church sites. This is a senior leadership role that combines technical expertise, project management and people leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring our buildings remain safe, well-maintained and fit for purpose, while overseeing refurbishment and maintenance projects from inception through to completion, including work on listed buildings. Working closely with the Head of Department, you will play a key role in developing maintenance strategies, managing budgets, leading teams and contractors, and driving continuous improvement across the Estates function. Some of the key responsibilities include: Estates Maintenance and Project Delivery Lead the Estates maintenance function across HTB sites, ensuring effective delivery of planned, preventative and reactive maintenance. Develop maintenance strategies, priorities and programmes in collaboration with the Head of Department. Manage maintenance and refurbishment projects from initial brief through to completion. Prepare project plans, cost estimates, specifications and maintenance programmes. Monitor project progress, risks, budgets and outcomes, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
