About the SettingYou will be working in welcoming, specialist SEN schools supporting pupils aged 5-18 with needs including:Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needsModerate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)ADHD and behavioural needsSensory processing difficultiesThese settings provide nurturing, structured support with strong collaboration between staff, therapists, and families. Key ResponsibilitiesAs a HLTA, you will:Provide focused 1:1 support tailored to the student''s individual needsAdapt and deliver learning activities to suit ability and learning styleSupport emotional regulation and behaviour managementImplement personalised education and behaviour plansBuild a consistent, trusting relationship with the pupilWork closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionalsLead targeted interventions and support lesson engagement What We''re Looking ForWe
