We are currently recruiting a Community Support Worker to join our supported living service at Hawthorn Cottage in Oakham. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to adults with a learning disability and/or autism, enabling them to live as independently as possible within a supported living environment. Location: Hawthorn Cottage, Park Lane, Oakham, Rutland, LE15 6PG Hours: Up to 37 hours per week Shift Pattern: 7:00am 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday Contract: flexible rota (5 days out of 7, including alternate weekends) Key Responsibilities: Providing personal care, including washing and dressing Supporting with medication administration Meal preparation and nutritional support Offering practical and emotional support in daily living Promoting independence, dignity, and choice at all times About You: Caring, compassionate, and reliable Able to work flexibly across a 7-day rota Comfortable providing personal care and medication support Experience in care is desirable but not essential full training will be provided What We Offer: Flexible working patterns Full training and ongoing support Opportunity to make a real difference in people s lives Please note - We do NOT offer sponsorship for this role.
